Joy is a dedicated and professional Independent Health Insurance Agent. Born & raised in Buffalo NY, still being an avid Buffalo Bills fan. Joy moved to Metro Detroit Michigan in March 1994.
Joy brings years of medical and dental office experience, along with in depth knowledge of insurance plans and carriers. As an agent, she is dedicated to understanding her clients’ unique needs and providing clear guidance along with exceptional customer service.
Joy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration and has extensive experience in practice operations allowing her to bridge the gap between providers, insurance, and patients with confidence and care.
In her spare time, Joy enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling.
